For The Cubs Capstone Project

For our Capstone Project, my classmates and I were tasked with helping a start-up brand led by entrepreneur, Amy Vale.

For The Cubs is a luxury baby brand whose mission is to eliminate the stigma connected to the foster care system and the act of fostering. With the help of a “Give 1, Get 1” model, much like Toms, with a purchase from For The Cub, the brand aims to give back and provide durable goods to foster kids in need.

Within this project, my team and I were able to create a competitive product portfolio, a marketing strategy, and a dynamic calculator that For The Cubs can use to predict the profitability and success of new products.
