Joe’s Dough Loyalty Rewards Program

During the Rice University Digital Marketing Bootcamp I participated in, we were tasked with a final project that encompassed the fundamentals of marketing and strategy we learned in our coursework. Some of the objectives included:

  • craft a multi-channel re-engagement campaign with measurable objectives and KPIs to align with business objectives

  • create a paid search campaign that includes keyword strategy and creative

  • develop a social media campaign with channel-specific creative

  • design an automated workflow with details about data sources, triggers, and data connections

Our group decided to create a loyalty program for Trader Joe’s! This loyalty program would encourage repeat business, increase average order value, and overall customer lifetime value by offering people a reward for store/brand loyalty.
